Hei Zhi Ma (semen sesami indici) 6g
Gan Cao (radix glycyrrhizae uralensis) 3g
Actions: Expel wind, nourish blood, clear damp-heat, stop itching
Indications: Oozing, itchy, red skin lesions over a large part of the body, yellow or white tongue coating, forceful, floating and rapid pulse.

Ingredients:
Chuan Xiong (radix ligustici chuanxiong) 12g
Qiang Huo (radix & rhizoma notopterygii) 6g
Bai Zhi (radix angelicae dahuricae) 6g
Xi Xin (herba cum radice asari) 3g
Jing Jie (herba seu flos schizonepetae tenuifoliae) 12g

Bo He (herba menthae haplocalycis) 12g

Taken with green tea.
Actions: disperse Wind (wind-cold or wind-heat) and relieve pain
Indications: headache (in any part of the head) with fever and chills, dizziness, nasal congestion, thin white tongue coat with floating pulse.

Jiang Can (bombyx batryticatus) 6g
Quan Xie (buthus martensi) 3g
Actions: dispel Wind, transform Phlegm, stop facial paralysis
Indications: sudden facial paralysis with deviation of the eyes and mouth with facial muscle spasming. Pale tongue body with white coating.

Actions: invigorates blood, unblocks channel, dispel Dampness, transforms Phlegm
Indications: Wind/Cold/Damp Bi syndrome: Chronic pain, weakness and numbness in lower limbs due to Wind stroke, fixed or migrating pain in the bones and joints with low range of motion, symptoms aggravated by cold, white moist tongue coat.

Actions: subdue Liver Yang, stop Liver Wind
Indications: dizziness, distension in the eyes , tinnitus, feverish sensation in head, headache, irritable, flushed face, wiry long forceful pulse, may be belching, progressive motor dysfunction of the body or development of facial asymmetry that occurs over a period of a few hours to a few days, severe dizziness, loss of consciousness, mental confusion. Wiry forceful pulse.
